This weekend we went to Tupper Lake. It wasn’t the best weather – chilly and windy with sporadic rain – but we were undeterred. The weather cooperated enough Saturday morning that it wasn’t pouring and completely overcast at sunrise so off I went with my fleece and camera gear. Here’s one of the first photos I got that morning. It’s a picture from the pull over on the bridge separating Raquette Pond and Simon Pond. This view is looking over Simon Pond.

The Adirondacks are so beautiful! Excellent shot!
