I was in Boston this past weekend wandering around the Boston Harbor waterfront when I came across a small fence covered with fisherman’s marker buoys. These buoys are used to mark fisherman’s nets, lobster pots, or crab pots. Although I often choose not to eat seafood due to the condition of the world’s fisheries, I always find these buoys interesting to look at because of the different sizes and colors. I snapped this picture with my iPhone using the Hipstamatic app. I like the slight color shift and rough framing of the photo.
