I love model trains almost as much as I love photography. This is a picture of a Norfolk Southern engine and engine house on my N-scale layout. The Norfolk Southern Railway is based in Norfolk Virginia and mainly hauls coal along its 22,000 miles of rail in 22 states. I took this photo with my Canon G9 using it’s macro setting. The settings I used were 9mm, f/2.8, ISO 200, 1/5 second shutter speed, and no flash. I then lowered the saturation and vibrance to lessen some of the more distracting background colors (like the pink styrofoam). Please feel free to leave a comment if you like this picture or trains in general!
