There’s a great walking path next to Sixmile Creek in Ithaca, NY. The weather was a bitty chilly on this day but things were starting to green up. The air was fresh and it felt like Spring might actually come after all… until it started to flurry out for about 10 minutes. Oh well. It was still great to be outside. I walked for a ways up the trail – plenty of fast running water, the trees were starting to leaf out and lots of rocks. Lots of things to keep me occupied for a few hours. If you are ever in Ithaca, you should check this little park out – the Sixmile Creek Natural Area.
